Agustin C. Fabian (pen
names Angel Fernandez and M.S. Martin) was born
on August 15, 1901 in Plaridel, Bulacan. He worked
as Literary Editor of Graphic and Liwayway. He
wrote fiction and essays in English.
Among his published works were: "Sino Ako?"
(Who Am I), "Basta Mayaman" (Wealth
is Enough), "Hindi Man Hanapin" (No
Need to Search), "Magbayad Ka!" (Pay
Up), and "Ana Malaya" (1964).
Two novels of his, Timawa (Free Person/Slave)
and Maria Mercedes were published in
1953.
