Gerardo Navera Peralta was born on July 15, 1957 in Manila. He has a Master of Arts degree in Communication, major in Broadcast, UP College of Mass Communication Diliman. He is a free-lance voice-over talent/announcer and speech consultant. He has published works in The Bicol Reporter.
