NCCA's Philippine Arts Festival 2012 to offer free workshops
In celebration of Philippine Arts Festival 2012, the National Commission for Culture and the Arts is offering FREE WORKSHOPS FOR ALL! Vim Nadera, UP professor and creator of panitikan.com.ph, will handle the poetry writing workshop. The workshops and the facilitators are as follows:
